Our co-founder, Asaeda and Takiguchi, have established Ushigome Law Offices in January, 2018, under the concept of “Support for Creating a Better Society.” They have experiences of working in the international law firm with a focus on cross border business transactions.

Our area of expertise is in the field of corporate legal works, especially the supports for those middle to small sized companies and venture companies. Moreover, we do have a vision of contributing a wide range of areas in the society by supporting non-profit corporations.
